The recent bout of winter weather was not KIND. Richmond’s city crews are launching pothole-palooza, Monday., February 8, 2016. Six crews will be working all day, Monday. We could call it Pothole Blitz. Or Pothole-A-Rama. Either way, good news for Scott's Addition! Report potholes by calling 311 or use the reporting function on the city’s website.
