COVID-19 Updates

Happy Monday, Richmond. We are all still healthy and working 6 days a week and keeping our social distance from our customers while remaining grateful that they are still showing up. We, as your Cutshaw Automotive family want to ensure your family's transportation does not get any coronavirus contamination, while in our care. We are taking every step needed to help your family be safe and virus free, including:​

• Disinfecting each door handle, steering wheel and gear selector (before & after service)
• Fresh gloves for each car.
• Wiping the counters down, hourly.
• Disinfecting each pen and clipboard, after each use.
• Insuring minimal contact for our high-risk clients:
• Call our number and an employee will bring paperwork and/or bill, to you. We can receive payment, in this way, too.
• For Zero Contact: drop-off envelopes & payment over the phone is available.
